The 7 days start at the moment the payment is confirmed, not at account creation, first login or activation. Send your request to elevaecommerce@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and we will process the full refund to the original payment method.
After the 7 days have passed, this voluntary guarantee is expired and purchases are final. This voluntary guarantee does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Digital product, instant delivery
Wrenday is a digital product. Access to the app is granted immediately after purchase and the Excel bonuses are downloadable files. When a refund is processed, the related access code, app access and bonus download links are disabled.
